Balancing valves are designed for on/off and control of liquid flows in heating and cooling systems. The valve is equipped with 2 test points in order to measure the pressure difference across the valve; the required flow rate can then be set by turning the lever to the correct position as indicated on a scale on the valve.
The Högfors balancing valve is supplied with a double regulating device which allows the valve to be closed but then returned to the same part open position when required.
